Professor Chukwu, Lucian Obinna FNES, FWASOT, is the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Management Services) at the University of Lagos. He has over 30 years of teaching experience and has held several key administrative positions, including Director of the Academic Planning Unit, Member of the Governing Council, Dean of the School of Postgraduate Studies, and Head of the Department of Marine Sciences. He holds a doctorate from the University of Lagos and completed postdoctoral training at the University of Rhode Island, USA.
