Ijeoma Otti-Onyeri is Chairman/founder of Jenneoby Environmental and Laboratory Services Limited. Prior to this, she worked over thirty-five years as an astute Government official under the HSE department of what used to be known as the Department of Petroleum Resources of the Ministry of Petroleum Resources, where she reached her peak in the industry and retired as the Deputy Director and Head, Downstream Division.

She has attended and facilitated various training, workshops and courses. She is a member
of reputable professional organizations dealing with Health, safety and environment in the oil and gas industry including: Nigerian Environmental Society(NES), Nigerian Institute of Safety Professionals (ISPON), amongst others.

Ijeoma Otti-Onyeri obtained a degree in Microbiology from the University of Port-Harcourt and MSc Zoology (Environmental pollution and Toxicology) from the University of Lagos, Akoka (UNILAG). She is also a fellow of the Society for environmental toxicology and pollution mitigation as well as the Nigerian Environmental Society.
